This is last weeks junk...

I shot these as a favor (dont tell anyone..!) for my friend Stephen, who's kicking off a queer rock and roll night at the Ritz next week, look for these in tomorrows issue of Next mag..normally I would wait and let them debut the pix but I just couldn't muster the professional courtesy for some reason. Perhaps my inner dickwad is starting to emerge..I've always been a late bloomer.

80's Mugler ready to wear shows

This clip perfectly illustrates how bad fashion show presentations have become. These shows were pure theater, The genius of Mugler combined with the obviously choreographed and rehearsed models provides a spectacle almost never seen today.
This was before the era of supermodels, when there were runway girls and print girls...These girls, many of whom were in their 20s and 30s were pros and knew how to interpret the clothes and created pure magic..It seems the fashion industry today has lost sight of the #1 cardinal rule of fashion, SEDUCTION... Will we ever see it again?
Thanks Kurt for sending me this clip..

I always do this when Im driving, fortunately I live in New York and don't need a car.

Shades of Andrew

I took these some years ago and recently made these comps for my friend Alex in Switzerland.
Andrew and I used to be neighbors and see quite a lot of each other, He has since moved to Miami where he can walk around in tiny little speedos all the time, one of his favorite things to do. A first class straight exhibitionist dude..he loves showing off, which is of course an inherently male quality (just look at the animal kingdom)
Though in our culture we've reduced the male of our species into the un-natural position of getting noticed based upon merit, there are always a few exceptions who still follow their natural born male peacock instinct, preening and strutting on full display for all to see, challenging their fellow males and trying to attract possible mates. Though most western females only want to see how big your bank account is, the male instinct for competition and display of strength lives on..3 cheers for Darwin!!!
